Startup Readies Modular Electric Trucks

Neuron Corp., a Los Angeles-based electric vehicle startup, plans to unveil a range of trucks at next month’s China International Import Expo in Shanghai.

Built on a modular architecture, the EVs include medium- (pictured) and heavy-duty trucks, a bus and a utility vehicle. Neuron describes the vehicles as pre-production prototypes.
Among the target applications are construction, mining, sanitation, delivery and public transportation. Technical details and production plans will be announced at the Shanghai event.
Neuron was founded in 2017 by Edward Lee and Scott Zheng.
